Hossein Moghni has practiced law in Iran since 2001. In April 2021, he was certified by the State Bar of California as a Foreign Legal Consultant (FLC) — a distinct credential that authorizes him to render consultation and expert opinion on the law of Iran within California, and to appear as a qualified expert witness before U.S. Federal and State courts.
An FLC certification is not a license to practice California or U.S. law generally; it is a specialized, State Bar–regulated authorization for counsel on the law of a specific foreign jurisdiction. Mr. Moghni's practice is built entirely around that expertise.
